About Yin Yoga
During a Yin Yoga session you can expect a calm and quiet environment. Slow-paced movements provide deep and supportive stretching, and you may also use props like bolsters, blankets, blocks and bands for additional support. Come prepared to connect with your mind and body. We also offer private and one-on-one yoga lessons.

I’m Elizabeth and I am so glad you’re here! I am a single mom of four lovely little humans and am passionate about all things holistic health. In addition to being a nutrition and fitness junkie, I'm an avid outdoor adventurer. I have over 25 years experience in the nutrition/fitness industry, 18 years in the massage field, 20 years of personal yoga + 6 years as an RYT. I am honored to be a part of your journey to a healthy, ENJOYABLE, sustainable lifestyle!
